Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

I choose to voluntarily participate in classes, movement instruction, and programs offered by Wave Within Studio (“the Studio”), Pauline Biahun LLC. I acknowledge that physical movement and exercise involve inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation and use of the Studio's facilities and equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Wave Within Studio, Pauline Biahun LLC its owner, officers, instructors, employees, agents, and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights of action, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including claims caused by the ordinary negligence of the Studio or its staff.
I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Wave Within Studio, Pauline Biahun LLC and its representatives from any and all losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred as a result of any claim or lawsuit brought by me or on my behalf related to my participation.
I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical impairment or condition that would prevent my safe participation. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to starting any new fitness or movement program.

Information

Private and duet and trio sessions are 60 minutes.

30 & 90 minutes sessions available pro rata

Sessions will end promptly as scheduled, regardless of arrival time.

Barefoot or non-slip toe socks only (no shoes).

Please consider removing all rings for your safety and equipment longevity.

New Client Form must be signed before your first session.

A Group Class may require at least 3 participants; otherwise, it may be automatically cancelled 12 hours before it starts, and your registration may be cancelled.

Refund

We do not offer refunds.

Expiration Date

10 Session Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase and 20 Session Packages must be used within 10 months of purchase.

Please make sure you book your sessions within that time frame. All packages are non-refundable, but could be transferred to someone else.

Payment

If you are not taking advantage of our packages, we kindly ask you to pay your session on time (the day of your session).

Cancellation

We understand that last minute events or illness cannot be planned. However, to avoid being charged, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session times.

If you are not able to make a session but can't provide 24 hours' notice, feel free to gift your session to a family member or a friend. Please contact us to change your appointment.
